Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager for its Franklin, WI facility. You will lead an HR team, support the Plant Manager, and ensure policy compliance while driving talent initiatives and workforce planning for both salaried and hourly staff.

You will build partnerships with local educational institutions, develop apprenticeship programs, and manage HRIS data integrity to enable data-driven decisions throughout the plant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience managing HR teams for salaried and hourly staff.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS data interpretation and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR advisor to Plant Manager and leadership.
• Lead plant HR team and ensure effective HR service delivery.
• Ensure consistent HR policies and safety/regulatory compliance.
• Develop local talent pipelines and apprenticeship programs.
• Oversee staffing strategies to meet production needs.
