Job summary

You will work closely with plant leadership and the HR team to deliver core HR functions, with emphasis on talent acquisition, employer branding, onboarding, and community outreach to local schools, colleges, and workforce boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1+ years HR experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules across stakeholders.
• Manage candidate communications and hiring pipeline updates.
• Support recruiting workflows with applicant progress and onboarding scheduling.
• Assist with offers, background checks, and pre-employment screening.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Build relationships with local organizations to promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Represent Modine at job fairs and community outreach events.
