Job summary

Modine is seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager to provide strategic and hands-on HR support to the Plant Manager, salaried staff, and hourly workforce at the Franklin, WI facility. This role will lead a dedicated HR team within the plant to manage daily HR operations, drive talent initiatives, ensure compliance, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience managing HR teams and supporting both salaried and hourly employees.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and interpreting HR data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR advisor to Plant Manager and leadership team on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Lead and develop the plant HR team to ensure effective HR service delivery.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently applied across the facility.
