This role balances hands-on HR support with leadership responsibilities, ensuring compliant processes across facilities. The position emphasizes partnership with managers and frontline leaders, data integrity, and program implementation to support growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting HR operations in a manufacturing setting.
• Some supervisory or lead responsibility preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee and support the work of HR staff.
• Working knowledge of employee relations processes and HR policies.
• Experience maintaining HRIS data accuracy and supporting audits or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support HR staff responsible for administrative, or specialist-level HR functions.
• Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of employee lifecycle processes.
• Support employee relations activities, including investigations, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices across assigned areas.
• Partner with managers and supervisors to address routine workforce and HR-related issues.
• Monitor HRIS data accuracy, documentation, and recordkeeping to support compliance and reporting.
• Assist with implementation of HR programs related to onboarding, training, engagement, or compliance.
• Support HR audits, reporting, and regulatory documentation requirements.
