Job summary

Twin Disc is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Racine, WI to lead HR operations for our precision manufacturing environment. You will partner with plant leadership to align HR, safety, and EHS initiatives with production goals and drive workforce engagement.

As a hands-on leader on the shop floor, you will recruit skilled trades, manage performance, and ensure OSHA compliance while fostering a safety-first culture and continuous improvement across hourly and salaried teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting workplace safety programs and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle HR operations within a manufacturing plant, including recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Partner with plant leadership on labor planning, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure HR practices align with production schedules and goals.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to support retention and a high-performance culture on the shop floor.
• Support safety, EHS initiatives and OSHA compliance across operations.
• Maintain HR records, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making.
