Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a flagship manufacturing facility near Neenah / Menasha, WI area. This role leads Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention while partnering with site leadership to drive talent and culture.

You will coach leaders on performance management, training, and engagement, implement HR systems with data analytics, and ensure compliance with federal/local requirements. This role reports to senior leadership and manages a small HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Organizational Development or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and manufacturing-related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention while adhering to Federal, Local, and Company requirements.
• Manage Employee relations with leadership team.
• Train site leadership on HR systems and practices.
• Oversee the execution of the Performance Management Process.
• Provide input to Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs.
• Use data analytics to evaluate current and future workforce needs and engage with leadership, production, and scheduling teams.
• Identify training opportunities and support improvement plans through coaching.
• Maintain HR system integrity and data accuracy.
• Support culture and core values, drive engagement and change management.
• Lead and manage the HR team, including performance and goals.

Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for thier Manufacturing Facility near Neenah / Menasha WI area.This is a non-union plant abdThe HR Manager will be responsible for meeting the goals & objectives of the organization by maintaining, supporting & enhancing the organization's talent, culture and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders. The Manager will be supported by a Sr. HR Generalist for a workforce of about 250 persons in one of thier most important Flagship Manufacturing Plants

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention while following all Federal, Local and Company requirements
• Responsible along with leadership team for all Employee relations
• Train site leadership on HR systems and practices
• Oversee the execution of the Performance Management Process
• Provide input to and support Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs
