Modine Manufacturing Company seeks an HR Supervisor to lead daily HR operations, guide HR staff, and ensure compliant delivery of HR services across manufacturing settings. The role focuses on employee relations, workforce administration, onboarding, training, and program implementation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR operations within manufacturing, with some supervisory experience and solid knowledge of HR policies and employment law. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting HR operations in a manufacturing setting.
• Some supervisory or lead responsibility preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee and support HR staff.
• Experience maintaining HRIS data accuracy and supporting audits or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support HR staff responsible for administrative or specialist-level HR functions.
• Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of employee lifecycle processes.
• Support employee relations activities, including investigations, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices across assigned areas.
• Partner with managers and supervisors to address routine workforce and HR-related issues.
• Monitor HRIS data accuracy, documentation, and recordkeeping to support compliance and reporting.
• Assist with implementation of HR programs related to onboarding, training, engagement, or compliance.
• Support HR audits, reporting, and regulatory documentation requirements.
