Job summary

JVIS USA is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to manage a broad range of HR functions at our Bowling Green, Ohio plant. You will drive labor relations, safety initiatives, employee development, and benefits programs while partnering with plant leadership to meet business objectives.

The role requires strong experience in union negotiations, policy development, and training, with a focus on improving employee relations and HR processes in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business and 10+ years of HR experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise HR policies and procedures to support plant objectives.
• Oversee recruiting for hourly and salary positions.
• Administer benefits programs including 401-K, medical, dental, life and disability plans.
• Coordinate safety programs and workers' compensation reporting with plant management.
• Ensure payroll and HR administration processes run efficiently.
