Vibrantz Technologies Inc. in Cleveland, OH seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategies across our operations. You will partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and labor relations to strengthen performance and compliance.

The role requires union-relations expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems, driving initiatives that support our diverse manufacturing workforce and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Minimum five years as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR leadership role.
• Union labor relations experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Manage labor relations, grievances, union negotiations, and mediation.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence for compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, payroll, and development programs.
• Drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, training, and university relations initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and drive continuous HR process improvements.
