Acrnet is seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of plant HR, with a focus on employee relations, training, labor relations, compliance, and workforce development. This role partners with plant leadership to drive people and business initiatives in a manufacturing setting.

The position emphasizes onboarding, succession planning, development programs, and ensuring HR policies, safety, and regulatory compliance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR compliance, and employment practices.
• Experience in a unionized environment and labor relations is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic business partner to plant leadership, driving people and business initiatives.
• Manage labor relations activities, including contract administration and grievance resolution.
• Lead onboarding, succession planning, and employee development programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support workplace safety, workers' compensation, food safety, and environmental programs.
