Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Five years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in a comparable leadership role.
• Union labor relations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of HR strategies, workforce planning initiatives, organizational design efforts, and change management activities with leadership.
• Manage labor and employee relations, including grievance resolution, conflict mediation, union negotiations, and leadership coaching in a unionized environment.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to execute compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, payroll, talent management, and succession planning.
• Drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, training, and university relations initiatives to support workforce needs and strengthen employer brand.
• Ensure compliance with labor and employment regulations, analyze HR trends and metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR effectiveness and employee experience.
