Job summary

4over is hiring a Human Resources Generalist at our Huber Heights, OH plant. The role collaborates with plant leadership, operations, and Corporate HR to drive organizational design, HR initiatives, and workforce planning. Schedule is 1st shift, typically 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, business or related field (preferred).
• SPHR or similar certification (preferred).
• At least 4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and payroll software (preferably ADP).
• Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in HR management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment through all stages: requisition approvals, sourcing, reviews, interviews, onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with plant management.
• Provide performance management support to plant leadership with guidance on improvement and coaching.
• Interpret and apply policies per employee handbook and relevant laws; assist plant policies.
• Oversee new hire orientation and HR documentation, open enrollment, and training for hourly staff.
