GPAC (Growing People and Companies) is hiring a Talent Generalist in Bolivar, OH. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for hourly and skilled positions, plus onboarding and training programs, while providing HR support on policies and engagement on the plant floor.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HR, manufacturing recruitment experience, and a Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field. Relocation is not available; local candidates preferred.

Formación

• 3–5 years in recruiting, training/onboarding, and general HR.
• Proven ability to recruit hourly production and skilled manufacturing employees.
• Experience developing, coordinating, or delivering employee training.
• Knowledge of employment practices, HR policies, and applicable laws.
• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred; Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Comfortable on the plant floor and building trust with employees and supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly production, skilled trades, administrative roles.
• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and improve time-to-fill.
• Build local pipelines via job boards, referrals, schools, workforce partners, agencies, and career fairs.
• Coordinate onboarding from offer to orientation and required training.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs and track certifications.
• Provide plant-floor HR support on policies, benefits questions, engagement, and confidentiality.
• Support workforce planning around production schedules, turnover, and skill gaps, promoting safety and continuous improvement.
