Job summary

RCH Recruiting seeks an HR Generalist for our West Jordan, Utah plant. You will provide hands-on HR support across employee relations, staffing, benefits and administration to help the business achieve its objectives.

Work with site leaders to reinforce values, ensure legal compliance, and foster a positive culture with engagement and performance management.

Requirements: 3+ years in HR Generalist roles, preferably in manufacturing; proficiency with HRIS and employee records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in an HR Generalist role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with HRIS and maintaining accurate employee records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to leaders and team members, addressing employee needs while aligning with company values.
• Provide day-to-day HR support for staffing, employee relations, engagement, development, attendance, and performance management.
• Maintain a visible plant presence to understand operational and employee needs and strengthen engagement.
• Guide leaders on employee relations, HR policies, and effective leadership practices; resolve workplace concerns fairly.
• Partner with HR Leadership to implement programs and administer HR strategies, tools, reports and systems.
• Coordinate benefits administration and HRIS data updates; maintain accurate employee records.
• Provide general HR administrative support and assist other departments as needed while ensuring compliance.
• Support health and safety initiatives with site leadership and ensure regulatory compliance.
