Job summary

The role covers hiring, onboarding, terminations, records, and labor relations, reporting to the Director, HR Fuel Manufacturing, and is an onsite position.

You will handle investigations, advise managers, ensure policy compliance, and drive HR projects while collaborating with HR teams to improve processes and SOPs.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 4+ years HR Generalist experience; 6+ years preferred.
• Manufacturing experience desirable.
• SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR certification preferred.
• Hands-on employee relations experience and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Advise, coach, and counsel managers and employees on relations issues.
• Ensure equitable application of procedures and compliance with laws.
• Conduct workplace investigations for complex, sensitive cases.
• Guide management on policy interpretation and HR programs.
• Lead internal projects to improve HR processes and SOPs.
• Collaborate to develop improved people programs and resources.
