Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Plant Manager for its Oshkosh, WI facility to lead operations focused on safety, quality, service and cost. You will manage a large team (6–10 direct reports) and drive continuous improvement, budgeting, and capital projects in a high‑complexity environment.

You will influence plant safety culture, optimize processes, and ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance while delivering on the business plan and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a production environment.
• 7+ years of leadership experience, preferably in flexible packaging.
• Demonstrated passion for safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant safety culture and prioritize safety in all duties.
• Identify opportunities for KPI-driven improvements (safety, quality, waste, productivity).
• Oversee human capital planning, salary targets, and performance management.
• Manage direct reports and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, product safety, and housekeeping programs.
• Drive plant budgeting and Cap-Ex execution.
• Lead CI initiatives and cross‑facility best practices.
