Job summary

Amcor is seeking a capable Engineering and Maintenance leader at our Oshkosh, WI plant to manage resources, equipment and capital projects that reduce cost and improve safety, quality and efficiency.

You will lead maintenance and engineering teams, partner with EHS, plan the capital budget, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards. A BS in Engineering and 5+ years' experience with supervisory responsibility are required.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering required.
• 5+ years of engineering/manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD or equivalents.
• Industrial mechanical, electrical, pneumatic experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering and Maintenance to support plant operations and capital projects.
• Establish safety policies and collaborate with EHS to ensure a safe work environment.
• Manage capital budgets, engineering estimates, and project tracking.
• Improve equipment reliability and plant performance through PM programs.
• Coordinate with contractors, maintenance, and manufacturing teams.
