Job summary

Augmentis partners with a leading aero and industrial gas turbine components manufacturer for a Finance Business Partner role in West Michigan. The position includes relocation assistance and the chance to influence profitability at a major facility.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build economic models, lead forecasting and capital planning, and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley controls while developing a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of financial/controllership work experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• MBA, CMA, and/or CPA are preferred.
• Plant Controller experience for a manufacturing facility with at least $150 million in annual revenues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager to drive financial excellence and profitability.
• Build economic models to evaluate investments and cost-savings opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting processes; manage the capital appropriation process.
• Provide leadership to the finance team and ensure Sarbanes‑Oxley controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IS, Procurement, and Accounting.
