Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive accounting or finance experience; manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with operations and influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel; NetSuite ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local Redmond management on financial performance and accounting results.
• Summarize and analyze current financial statements for leadership.
• Lead monthly close, reporting package, and Traction process participation.
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital entries; post and verify transactions.
• Lead cost accounting for Redmond, ensuring product costing accuracy.
• Monitor scrap, labor, and overtime to drive financial discipline.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reconciliations with perpetual records.
• Oversee cycle counts; analyze adjustments and root-causes.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits.
• Lead annual budget and forecasts; prepare financial statements.
• Partner with operations/engineering on CAPEX analysis and tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement in the Redmond accounting function.
