Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Plant Accounting Manager to partner with plant leadership and headquarters, delivering financial insights to drive cost reduction and operational excellence. You will manage the general ledger, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory controls in a manufacturing setting.

The role reports to the Category Controller and requires 5+ years in manufacturing accounting, CMA/CPA preferred, and strong Excel/SAP skills.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; SAP ERP experience preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; able to communicate at all levels.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.

Mansioni

Direct the implementation of accounting policies to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley.
Manage month-end close, including financial reporting and variance analysis.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for labor, overhead, scrap, and capital with variance analysis.
Collaborate with operations to support continuous improvement with financial insight.
Monitor overhead spending, labor efficiency, and cost drivers to identify savings.
Deliver timely financial reports to plant management and headquarters.
Coordinate cycle-count and inventory control with reconciliations and corporate standards.
