Job summary

Delta Faucet is seeking a Plant Accounting Manager to support plant operations financially by maintaining the general ledger, closing monthly books, forecasting and budgeting, and analyzing cost drivers for actionable improvements. You will report to the Category Controller and collaborate with headquarters and other Masco sites.

The role emphasizes delivering timely financial insights to leadership, supporting cost reduction, and driving operational excellence across the manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CMA/CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP ERP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct the implementation of all accounting policies and procedures to guarantee complete adherence to Sarbanes‑Oxley regulations.
• Manage the month-end close process, including financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for labor, overhead, scrap, and capital by implementing actionable variance analysis.
• Collaborate with operations to offer financial assistance for ongoing improvement efforts.
• Monitor and analyze overhead spending, labor efficiency, and cost drivers to identify potential issues and savings opportunities.
• Deliver timely, clear, and insightful financial reports to plant management and headquarters.
• Coordinate cycle‑count and inventory control programs, including reconciliations and compliance with corporate standards.
