Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing finance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement plant-level accounting and finance processes for the Houston facility.
• Establish monthly close process and plant reporting package.
• Lead cost accounting efforts including standard costs and cost variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reconciliation to perpetual records.
• Support audits and annual budget/forecast cycles.
• Partner with operations and engineering on CAPEX analysis and ROI tracking.
• Drive internal controls and continuous improvement in the plant finance function.
