The Plant Accounting Manager is a newly created position supporting the establishment of DeZURIK's new manufacturing facility in Houston. This role will serve as the financial leader for the new facility, partnering closely with Plant Leadership to build and stand up all plant-level accounting and finance functions. Responsibilities span cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting, inventory valuation, internal controls, financial reporting, and the development of scalable processes and systems to support the new facility. This is a unique opportunity to shape the financial foundation of a new operation and play a key role in its long-term success.

DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $98,221 to $122,776 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
