Qualifications

• CPA or MBA preferred.

• Experience with GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, inventory and costing systems, forecasting and budgeting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual P&L consolidations and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors; ensure SOX 404 compliance.
• Lead financial analyses for significant transactions and capital expenditures.
