Job summary

The role collaborates with operations and CI teams to strengthen internal controls and financial discipline. The position requires CPA/MBA preferred with strong Excel and SAP skills, and experience in consolidations, GAAP reporting, and coordination with auditors.

Qualifications

• CPA or MBA preferred.
• BS/BA - Accounting or Finance with 5 to 10 years of experience in similar job function.
• Microsoft Office experience with extensive knowledge of Excel.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Good working knowledge of general accounting principles with a working knowledge of Full Cost Absorption (FCA).
• Good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detailed, accurate, and organized with the ability to work independently and as a self-starter.
• Working knowledge of LEAN/TOC principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to responsibly handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes and reconciliations.
• Inventory management and valuation; maintain plant SAP inventory integrity.
• Review and reconcile GL accounts (payables, receivables, cash, prepaids, fixed assets, accruals).
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and P&L consolidations.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors for SOX and financial reviews.
• Lead financial reporting for MOR, QOR, FQR and weekly P&L.
