Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Carson City seeks a Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and operational insight to support business performance.

You will partner with the Plant Controller, Accounting Manager, Operations, and plant leadership to analyze costs, manufacturing results, and opportunities, and to develop tools that enhance planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost, labor, inventory, and standard costs preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build dashboards and models.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring financial and operational reports for plant leadership.
• Analyze actual performance against budget, forecast, and targets.
• Develop financial analyses and summaries to support decisions.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory turns, and working capital needs.
• Support annual operating plans, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
