Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking a Financial Analyst for its Structurals Carson City operation. You will partner with Plant Controller, Accounting Manager, Operations, and leadership to analyze financial and manufacturing results, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities include cost and variance analysis, standard cost support, inventory assessment, and development of reporting tools to drive financial performance and continuous improvement at the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years financial analysis or FP&A experience.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring financial and operational reports for plant leadership.
• Analyze actual performance against budget, forecast, prior periods, and targets.
• Perform detailed analysis of revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and margins.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings.
• Develop financial analyses and summaries for leadership decision making.
• Support inventory analysis, capital expenditure reviews, and cost control.
• Develop tools and dashboards to improve visibility into manufacturing performance.
