Required is a Bachelor's in engineering and supervisory experience; strong CMMS and safety knowledge are essential for success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 1–3 years supervisory experience in maintenance or engineering.
- 4–6 years in plant maintenance or engineering within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability practices.
- Proficiency with CMMS systems and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities of the plant's engineering and maintenance team.
- Develop and monitor preventative maintenance programs to improve reliability.
- Assist in managing the department budget and resources.
- Coordinate capital projects and on-site engineering support.
- Supervise and mentor the maintenance staff for performance.
- Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Engineering Director on plant initiatives.
