Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the plant's engineering and maintenance team, focusing on reliability, preventive maintenance, and safe, compliant operations to support production goals.

You will partner with the Engineering Director on capital projects, manage budgets, mentor technicians, and ensure effective resource planning across electrical, mechanical, and utility systems in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance or engineering.
• 4–6 years in plant maintenance or engineering within manufacturing (food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or consumer products).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the plant's engineering and maintenance team and ensure repairs.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Assist in managing the department budget and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Director on capital projects and on-site support.
• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff for performance.
• Ensure safety, environmental and regulatory compliance across operations.
