Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance and reliability projects in the plant, supporting safety, throughput, quality, and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience as a Maintenance Manager in a high throughput facility (Food, Pharmaceutical, Beauty, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or other Engineering disciplines preferred.
• CMRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and guidance in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving equipment issues to ensure timely corrections and sustained operational performance.
• Oversee effective use of personnel, tools, and equipment to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and procedures to preserve equipment integrity.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and skillsets to meet maintenance demands.
• Lead hiring and onboarding, and develop the team's technical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain GMP and PPE requirements and support facility audits and corrective actions.
