Job summary
Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facility maintenance, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems, ensuring safety and quality targets are met. You will coordinate with planners, engineers, and external contractors to drive efficient daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years in industrial maintenance, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and Oracle. This on-site role offers a competitive salary and benefits in New Jersey.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial maintenance repair.
- Experience overseeing maintenance functions for facilities and coordinating outside contractors.
- Strong ability to prioritize and delegate to meet safety, cost, and quality objectives.
- Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC drawings.
- Proficient in MS Office and Oracle systems.
Responsibilities
- Reviews/updates maintenance workload and priorities with Planners.
- Works on long-term maintenance/engineering solutions and projects.
- Coordinates with Area Managers on safety and equipment issues.
- Attends manager, safety and maintenance review meetings.
- Oversees maintenance/MRO purchasing employee evaluations.
- Coordinates with outside contractors/vendors and engineering teams.
- Participates in short-term projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
