Job summary

Voyant Beauty seeks a strategic VP of Engineering to lead all engineering functions across a fast-paced co-manufacturing environment. You will own capital budgets, drive process improvements, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality production aligned with customer needs.

You will partner with Commercial, R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance to launch new products while ensuring regulatory, safety, and environmental standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial).
• Master’s degree in Engineering, MBA, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site engineering ops with >$10M capital programs.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the engineering and facilities strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee capital expenditure budgets, ROI analyses, and project timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver engineering initiatives on time and within budget.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team and drive performance management.
• Collaborate with Commercial, R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance to launch products.
