Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities, ensure reliable equipment performance, and drive operational efficiency in our New Jersey facility. You will oversee the maintenance team, set priorities, and minimize downtime.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory maintenance experience in high‑throughput manufacturing, an associate degree in a technical field, and knowledge of PM, CMMS, PLCs, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree Mechanical Engineering or related technical field (Preferred).
1–3 years of supervisory maintenance experience in high-throughput facilities (Required).
Ability to prioritize maintenance tasks and assign responsibilities effectively.
Experience with PM, CMMS, and safety compliance.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide direct assistance in identifying and resolving equipment issues to maintain optimal functionality and uptime.
Manage personnel, tools, and equipment effectively to maximize productivity and minimize equipment downtime.
Enforce preventative maintenance protocols to preserve equipment integrity and extend operational lifespan.
Coordinate staffing and skillsets to meet current maintenance requirements, anticipating future operational needs.
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training, focusing on technical and problem-solving skills to ensure team readiness and retention.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning facility and infrastructure.
Ensure adherence to safety standards by conducting training and monitoring compliance with safety protocols and programs.
Track and manage maintenance expenses to support budget goals and operational demands.
