Strong knowledge of machinery, electrical systems, and maintenance processes is essential. The role requires coordinating maintenance budgets, reporting, and safety compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in mechanical engineering or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years as Maintenance Manager in high-throughput facility.
• Experience with GMP and OSHA safety practices.
• Strong leadership and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on guidance to diagnose equipment issues and ensure uptime.
• Oversee use of personnel, tools, and equipment to maximize productivity.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and ensure maintenance integrity.
• Plan workforce needs and skills for current and future demands.
• Lead hiring and onboarding to develop high-performing maintenance teams.
