Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering (Required).
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in maintenance or engineering (Required).
• 4–6 years in plant maintenance or engineering within manufacturing (Required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of plant engineering and maintenance team, ensuring effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of all equipment.
• Develop and monitor preventative maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Assist in managing department budget, tracking expenses, and allocating resources like tools, parts, and manpower.
• Collaborate with Engineering Director on plant-specific capital projects and on-site support and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance staff to ensure skills development and performance.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
