Job summary

Voyant Beauty seeks a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment to ensure peak performance and minimize downtime.

You'll diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, document activities in CMMS, and coordinate with planners to ensure parts availability, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-3 years in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• 1-3 years with CMMS software for work orders and maintenance data (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, to maintain peak performance and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose equipment issues quickly and accurately, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to resolve mechanical or electrical malfunctions.
• Coordinate with the MRO Buyer and maintenance planner to ensure the availability of necessary parts and tools for maintenance tasks, helping control inventory and reduce downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts usage, and corrective actions, within the CMMS system to support maintenance KPIs and compliance reporting.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements during all maintenance tasks, conducting safety checks and supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment safety.
• Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to coordinate maintenance activities, minimizing disruptions to production and ensuring clear communication on equipment status.
