Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing/plant operations.
• Experience leading maintenance/engineering teams or projects.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, TPM, PM, PM programs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of capital projects from concept to completion with minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems including Preventive and Predictive Maintenance and TPM.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team; delegate tasks and ensure safe, efficient work.
• Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions to operational challenges.
• Track and improve KPIs for maintenance performance and equipment reliability.
