Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of team management or project leadership.
• Strong leadership, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
• Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (PLCs, instrumentation).
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, work orders, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM.
• Ability to use exposure monitoring equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Clear written and oral communication; strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own capital projects from concept to completion with minimal disruption to plant operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems, including Preventive and Predictive Maintenance and TPM.
• Lead the maintenance team, delegate tasks, enforce policies, and oversee safety and efficiency.
• Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions for daily operational challenges.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure maintenance performance across the plant.
