Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years relevant experience in manufacturing/plant engineering.
• 2+ years of team management or project leadership.
• Strong leadership, planning, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (PLCs, instrumentation).
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, work orders, TPM.
• Ability to use exposure monitoring equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Clear written and oral communication.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of capital projects from concept to completion; manage and schedule all elements to minimize disruption and stay on budget.
• Lead maintenance systems development including Preventive/Predictive Maintenance and TPM to maximize plant performance.
• Manage maintenance team, delegate tasks, enforce policies and guide work assignments.
• Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions to daily operational challenges.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure maintenance success and overall equipment performance.
