Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field; 8+ years in a related role preferred.
• 2+ years of team management or project leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, planning, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (PLCs, instrumentation).
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, work orders, PM/PPM, TPM.

Responsibilities

• Own capital projects from concept to completion, delivering on time and on budget.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge maintenance systems (Preventive/Predictive, TPM).
• Lead maintenance team, delegate tasks, enforce policies and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily operational issues with minimal downtime.
• Track KPIs to drive continuous improvement across the plant.
