The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 8+ years of experience and at least 2 years in team leadership, with strong PLC/instrumentation knowledge and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in plant maintenance or manufacturing engineering.
• 2+ years in team management or project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems (Preventive/Predictive, TPM) and MS Office.
• Ability to lead capital projects and improve equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of capital projects from concept to completion, delivering on time and on budget with safety and quality.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge maintenance systems to maximize plant performance (Preventive, Predictive, TPM).
• Lead the maintenance team, delegate tasks, and ensure safe, compliant work.
• Provide both short-term fixes and long-term solutions to daily operational challenges for smooth plant operation.
• Drive continuous improvement by tracking KPIs such as OEE, equipment reliability, and supplier performance.
