Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Plant Engineer in Wilson, NC to lead the maintenance and engineering department in a high-performance food manufacturing setting.

You will drive preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, and innovative technology projects while ensuring safety, food safety, and environmental standards. Capital projects will be managed from concept to completion with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years’ relevant experience; equivalent combination accepted.
• 2+ years of team management or project leadership experience.
• High level of leadership, planning, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems (preventive/predictive, TPM).
• Experience with Excel/Word and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Own capital projects from concept to completion with minimal plant disruption.
• Develop and implement advanced maintenance systems (Preventive/Predictive, TPM).
• Manage maintenance team, delegate tasks, and enforce policies.
• Provide short- and long-term solutions to operational challenges.
• Track KPIs for maintenance performance and prioritize improvements.
