Job summary

JonnyPops, LLC is seeking an EHS Training & Compliance Specialist to design, deliver, and measure the effectiveness of environmental, health, and safety training at the Elk River manufacturing facility. The role translates OSHA/EPA standards into practical content and maintains the LMS for all EHS training.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in EHS training, holds OSHA 30-hour certification, and is bilingual in Spanish.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in EHS training, safety coordination, or a related field.
OSHA 30‑Hour General Industry Certification required.
Bilingual, Spanish. 1-2 years’ experience working in a multilingual environment.
Working knowledge of OSHA General Industry regulations and EPA requirements.
Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
Strong ability to create, design, and develop training content.
Experience assessing learning and training effectiveness.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver EHS training content aligned with OSHA/EPA standards.
Conduct regular plant floor training and keep safety competency frameworks updated.
Administer LMS, assign paths, track completions, and generate reports.
Lead training assessments, knowledge checks, and competency evaluations.
Summarize training effectiveness and report to Training Manager.
