Job summary

Full Circle Recruiting seeks a Plant Safety & Environmental Systems Leader to guide technical safety, health, and environmental compliance across the plant. You will develop programs, coordinate training, monitor regulations, and support plant personnel to ensure federal and state compliance.

Responsibilities include hazard analyses, safety system evaluations, policy development, and recordkeeping. The role demands leadership in safety practices and continuous improvement in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience, preferably in wood products manufacturing.
• BS/AS in industrial safety and compliance or environmental compliance is desirable; equivalent combo considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical safety, health, and environmental compliance support.
• Develop and coordinate safety training programs and safety policies.
• Support plant leadership with safety leadership and documentation improvements.
• Manage safety and environmental recordkeeping and reporting (state, federal, internal).
• Lead by example to drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
• Conduct general EHS observations and safety inspections across the plant.
