The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, plus extensive experience in manufacturing leadership and cost controls to sustain reliable, high-quality production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years in injection molding management preferred.
• 5–10 years manufacturing process knowledge preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience supervising 24/7 production is beneficial.
