Amcor Limited is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Manager for a full‑time role at our 24/7 manufacturing facility. The role leads the molding department with a safety‑first mindset, driving excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement across safety, quality and efficiency.

You will direct production scheduling, coaching, equipment and mold changes, and collaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve issues while delivering on business objectives.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree plus minimum 7+ years in plastic injection molding leadership.
• Strong leadership to drive safety, quality, and productivity.
• Experience in manufacturing with ability to deliver results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Injection Molding department to meet safety, quality and production goals.
• Partner with EHS&S to ensure safe operations and training programs (JSA, risk assessments).
• Direct supervisors on production plans, costs, scrap, and scheduling.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, mold changes, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Develop budgets and monitor expenditures within department.
