Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience leading a progressive manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of injection molding processes.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain safety culture to achieve safety excellence.
• Provide operational and employee leadership to the facility.
• Manage plant budgeting, statistics, and capital expenditures justification.
• Oversee cost structure including labor, maintenance, and consumables; control to meet profitability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving efforts.
• Coordinate production capacity, staffing, and equipment planning across shifts.
• Ensure on-time delivery and attainment of quality and cost goals.
