Aston Carter is seeking a Service/Sales Coordinator to oversee technician scheduling, order entry, materials management, and client communication from Westminster, MD. The role requires coordinating field teams and maintaining accurate ERP records for service jobs.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of field service support, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Acumatica or similar ERP systems. This is a fully onsite position with rotating shifts and a focus on operational efficiency

Formación

3+ years of field service support experience, preferably in compressor maintenance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
On-site role with rotating schedules.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate technicians for service jobs and site visits, ensuring they have all necessary materials and information.
Create and update calendar invites, managing appointment cancellations and rescheduling.
Enter orders for replacement parts and components in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Build bills of materials for each job and generate supplier purchase orders.
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming service requests, managing customer communication and addressing after-shipment issues.
Enter new equipment and customer information into ERP systems, maintaining detailed records of communications and work orders.
