Job summary

Electrical Automation Services seeks a seasoned Manufacturing Controls Engineer for its Glendale, AZ facility. You will be on-site, supporting high-speed beverage-related production lines with hands-on Allen-Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting.

The role requires 4+ years in industrial automation, ladder logic work, and strong HMI/VFD experience. Relocation assistance is provided, with a 12-hour night shift (2-2-3) from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial automation on high-speed production lines.
• Hands-on PLC programming, ladder logic development.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical docs.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley controls and Ethernet/IP networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-shift controls and automation expert for the plant.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for automated processing, filling, and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and network issues and restore production safely.
• Develop and execute controls projects to improve safety, quality, reliability and throughput.
• Maintain PLC/HMI backups, drawings, and change records; assist commissioning and system integration.
