Electrical Automation Services is seeking a seasoned Controls Engineer to join our Glendale, AZ facility on a 2-2-3 night shift schedule. You will serve as the on-site controls expert, troubleshoot Tier 1/2 issues, and lead automation projects across bottling and packaging lines.

The role requires strong PLC/HMI skills, familiarity with Allen-Bradley platforms, and teamwork with operations, maintenance, and quality. Relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Formación

• Associate degree in engineering technology, information systems, industrial automation or related field.
• 4+ years in industrial automation/controls in high-speed manufacturing.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming capabilities.
• Experience with automated production, conveyor, packaging equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
• Excellent communication across plant departments.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary on-shift controls and automation expert.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for automated production, processing, and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, instrumentation, and industrial-network issues.
• Develop and execute controls projects to improve safety, quality, reliability, and throughput.
• Support equipment commissioning, upgrades, and system integration projects.
• Mentor maintenance technicians and operators in controls topics.
